Georg Philipp Telemann – Sonata D major TWV 44:1 for 2 Trumpets & Organ

This sonata by Telemann was probably originally composed for oboe and strings, since the solo part has notes that were not playable on the clarino (natural trumpet).
However, it has become very well known only in the version with solo trumpet.
In this edition the solo part has been divided between two trumpets and a lower part has been added to the solo trumpet, which is quite appropriate from the point of view of the movement.
